What’s the first step to getting started?

You will first want to visit our pricing page. Once you have chosen the type of design you would like, you will then click on the "get started" link on the side bar and there you will find the process laid out step by step.

After I’ve submitted my deposit, will you start on my design immediately?

Once you have submitted your deposit, you will be placed on the schedule. You can check the schedule HERE to see where your design is in the queue.

I've submitted my questionnaire, payment, TOD's or sent you an email, but I haven't heard a peep! Why aren't you returning my emails?

Oh my! Trust us, it must be the dreaded SPAM folder! Unless we are both dead, we have certainly responded to your inquiries, so please check your spam folder and add our email address to your address book (blogaliciousgirls@blogaliciousdesigns.com) to keep this from happening. We know how frustrating this can be.

Once you have started the design process, how long will it take to finish?

The length of the process is dependent on your place in the queue, our communication, and the difficulty of the design. We cannot promise any set length of time, but usually with quick response from the client, we can be finished within a weeks’ time for blog designs, 7-10 business days for web designs, and only a few days for graphic design items, from the start of the design.

I do not have a PayPal account, do I have to set one up to pay my deposit?

No, you do not have to have a PayPal account to pay Blogalicious Designs. All you have to do is click on the "add to cart" button that corresponds to the item you are purchasing and this will take you to PayPal where you can simply pay with a credit card/debit card. If you choose to pay by check through PayPal it will take 3 to 5 days to clear. We will not add you to the schedule until your check has landed in our account.

I want to add a counter, Mr. Linky, or a music player to my site. Will Blogalicious Designs do this for me?

Blogalicious Designs will be happy to research and find these types of widgets to add to your site for an additional charge of $10 per item.

Can you design an element that resembles me or my family for use on my site?

Yes. Blogalicious Designs can design an element that resembles you or your family for your site; however, there will be an additional charge that will be calculated depending on the difficulty of the design. Your other option would be to find an element previously designed by another artist and in this case you would be responsible for the purchase of this element.
